How to send and respond to email advertising

I do a lot of email-based marketing. Between my lists I have about 20,000 folks I communicate with weekly. I have gained them one at a time, not by buying lists. And I do not like to spam them. I like to provide value to them and offer them more value. That is my preference.

I get a lot of people from a lot of companies seeking to sell me things. It is not unreasonable to email me to tell me about something I might like to buy from you. But on the other hand, you are then asking me to so the same for you. Something about the golden rule goes here.

Here is my current approach. There are 3 classes of 'cold emails' I identify:

Why do this?

After many years of seeking different approaches, I have decided that giving each person time to tell others what they do is better for all than any of the alternatives I have yet identified. If they are sincere and wish to take the time to meet, I am happy to provide the time to do this and a venue where they can also meet others who might be interested. They can give a quick introduction, we can ask questions of each other, and if interested, we can exchange email addresses for further individual and focused communication. They get to meet more potential customers, I get to learn more about what they do, and they get to find out about other opportunities offered from our services, our clients, and others who come to present.

A call to action

You don;t have to send me those standard form emails to get the process started. And you don't have to pay a large language model provider to create a semi-custom version just for me. You can simply sign up to our:
